We are urgently seeking an Executive Assistant for a temporary to possible hire position in beautiful Solana Beach, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent time-management skills, and desires a career in an administrative role. The selected candidate will provide administrative support to our executive team, schedule meetings, manage travel itineraries, and participate in other day-to-day operational tasks. Exceptional organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little supervision is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle correspondence and manage travel itineraries.

• Prepare and edit communication documents such as reports, memos, and emails.

• Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.

• Contribute to the preparation and organization of presentations.

  Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or related position is necessary ( >2 years).

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
