As a Customer Service Specialist at DEVI by Danfoss PL21 Electric Heating, your role will focus on ensuring service excellence and enhancement of customer loyalty through identifying opportunities to better serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities. Work closely with sales teams, the order fulfillment team, and other departments to provide valuable insights regarding customer cooperation. Your responsibilities will also include sales support, and handling ad-hoc requests.

The role reports into the Global Customer Service Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

  • Answering inbound calls from customers with various questions and enquiries about Danfoss’s products and services.

  • Handling general pre- and post-sales customer queries, orders, and claims.

  • Partnering with customers in conversation over phone or email to determine what products they need and by when.

  • Providing basic technical support & advisory on the phone or via e-mail.

  • Collaborating with sales, logistics, fulfilment, and warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer’s expectations.

  • Supporting fellow Customer Service team members, as needed, to ensure the team can achieve the goals.

  • Registering all customer queries on CRM (Salesforce.com), following-up and escalating when needed.

  • Order handling including handling incoming orders, releasing blocked orders, SO change management such as express deliveries, changing quantities etc.

  • Contribute to digital transformation to support excellent customer experience

  • Managing data quality in SAP and CRM system - prices, extending products etc,

  • Preparing reports for Customer Services Manager

  • Support bonus management including accruals, credit notes payouts etc.

  • Support the process of Annual Price Reviews (APR)

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Experience in Customer services role.

  • You should also have extensive experience working in SAP.

  • Experience on Salesforce.com would be an added advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Great attention to detail with ability to multi-task.

  • Customer Centric.

  • Results driven yet tactful and professional.

  • Very good problem solving, time management and perseverance skills.

  • Open to change and looking for continuous improvement areas in processes.

  • Team player.

  • Fluency in English essential. Proficiency in a Russian language would be an added advantage.
