Associate Project Manager
Location: Bulgaria, remote
Job Overview:
IQVIA eCOA Logistics is excited to offer you the ability to make important impact within the life sciences industry. We are looking for the right candidate to provide project oversight and continue to build within our growing team. This role will lead project oversight, logistics readiness, and delivery related to several digital health projects tied to revenue for provisioning device services.
Develops and implements internal or external IT projects and programs. Plans, develops, coordinates and assists with project activities through all project phases; allocates, obtains and manages resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives; and creates and implements assessment processes to enforce timely completion of programs in accordance with established standards and requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manages eCOA logistics study implementation and delivery thru closeout activities
Works with subject matter experts to ensure inventory, mobile device management, and global shipping tasks are completed
Oversees project budget including hours allocated and potential change order process
Collaborates cross functionally with broader clinical team to ensure project device logistics scope are clearly captured and delivery expectations are set with key stakeholders appropriately
Owns project specific deployment plan and tracks full cycle service delivery accordingly
Interacts professionally with cross functional teams and sponsors
Assesses project risks and specifies contingencies. Ensures IQVIA quality processes are followed
Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's Degree (Project Management, Business Administration), or equivalent experience
2 - 3 years of project management experience, ideally with clinical project delivery
Experience within Life sciences, pharma industry
Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
Efficient with Microsoft office suite with focus on Excel
