If you enjoy talking to customers and helping resolve issues, we have a great opportunity in LaVergne, TN. We are look for a tech savvy call center associate to join our growing team in a temp to perm position. This onsite position requires local candidates since it is 5 days a week onsite, proficiency in MS Office, effective communication skills, and two years previous experience in a call center.
salary: $18 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Provide info on products, warranty, stock status, delivery dates, backorders to all clients
Complete the order entry process via phone, fax, email and EDI
Communicate with other departments to ensure timely shipment/delivery of products; communicate delays to customers
Process backorders
Position is 100% onsite in middle Tennessee
