We are seeking a Sales Leader to steer our IT Channel Segment within the UK & Ireland sales organization. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with EMEA business units and segment marketing teams to catalyze profitable growth and expand market share through cohesive business development and sales initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Champion profit goals with a focus on team success and equitable outcomes.

  • Guide the UK&I IT Channel, nurturing a diverse network of distributors, resellers, and partners.

  • Expand the Tripplite portfolio with a customer-centric approach, understanding and meeting their needs.

  • Shape growth strategies with a ‘Play to Win’ philosophy, valuing everyone’s contributions.

  • Provide financial forecasts that reflect a deep understanding of market dynamics.

  • Master Eaton’s financial model, ensuring decisions are made with a long-term, sustainable vision.

  • Use metrics not just to measure, but to understand and enhance team dynamics.

  • Possess an intuitive grasp of the product range, identifying opportunities for nurturing market relationships.

  • Study competitors with a view to learning and fostering a fair-market environment.

  • Forge deep connections with customers, recognizing and supporting their growth aspirations.

  • Build internal alliances that support collective marketing ingenuity and product evolution.

  • Advocate for digital tools that enhance collective sales proficiency and personal growth.

  • Lead sales transformation by embracing changes in buyer behavior with a supportive, educational stance.

  • Develop a team that thrives on mutual support, shared success, and continuous learning.

  • Use emotional intelligence to foster a culture of personal development and situational adaptability

Qualifications:

  • Degree of Higher Education

  • Proven sales leader ideally in the IT Channel segment or related Power Management sectors
