Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Summer 2025 Intern- MBA, Finance in Sleepy Hollow, New York

Project Description:

This in-person position is located in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The MBA candidate will be part of the Alliance Finance team, which partners with the Commercial Finance Team, Strategic Alliance Team and Alliance Counterparts to ensure Regeneron's interests are preserved, and obligations fulfilled with our collaboration partners. Duties further include consolidation of Alliance budgets as part of the quarterly forecasting process, analysis of trends and estimate to actual variances for decision support of Regeneron's commercial products, understanding key components of Regeneron collaboration agreements, and both adhoc and regular reporting to senior management.

The MBA candidate should have

  • Working Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong, independent modeling skills

  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare management reports accurately

  • Understanding of Intermediate Finance and Accounting principles

  • Experience with ERP financial applications (Hyperion is a plus)

  • Strong presentation skills and demeanor

  • Proactive and analytical thinker with the ability to think outside the box and be adept at identifying areas for process improvement

  • Biotech/Pharma industry strongly preferred, or relevant coursework in business school

Please note our intern pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for Tarrytown, NY, Sleepy Hollow, NY, and Basking Ridge, NJ includes: $17.00-$48.50 per hour.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an MBA degree (and be returning to school the semester following the internship). A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred. We want someone who is able to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks from the end of May/ early June through August. Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community is also preferred.
