Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Director, HCP Marketing - Dermatology in Sleepy Hollow, New York

Regeneron markets medicines for eye diseases, atopic dermatitis, asthma, CRSwNP, EoE, oncology, hypercholesterolemia, and rare inflammatory conditions. The Director of Dermatology HCP Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy and tactical execution for the Atopic Dermatitis (AD) indication in the United States. This involves understanding the evolving competitive landscape, aligning with broader franchise strategies, and customizing approaches for Dermatologists and Advanced Practice Providers. The Director of Dermatology HCP Marketing will contribute to the financial success of DUPIXENT and will report to the Senior Director of Dermatology HCP Marketing.

A Typical Day Might Look Like This:

  • Developing and executing the US Atopic Dermatitis strategic and tactical brand plans in collaboration with cross functional partners and the alliance.

  • Leading the development of Atopic Dermatitis focused messages and tactics for Dermatologists and Advanced Practice Providers.

  • Tracking the effectiveness of promotional tactics and optimizing HCP engagements.

  • Leading the planning and execution of relevant brand meetings, such as being the Marketing Point Person for the National Sales Meetings, to ensure effective communication and alignment of the marketing strategies.

  • Conveying and advocating for the DUPIXENT Atopic Dermatitis strategy among key internal stakeholders and throughout the alliance.

  • Leading competitive strategy execution to address current and future competitors.

  • Fostering strong partnerships with Sales, Medical Affairs, TLLs, Market Research, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical, HEOR and other cross functional partners to ensure aligned objectives at Regeneron and across the alliance.

  • Ensuring that marketing processes and programs align with corporate guidance, as well as regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines.

  • Monitoring spending against budget and managing projects to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and scope.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members, and across departments, to ensure consistency and collaboration in strategy development and implementation of programs.

  • Ability to manage budgets according to the brand plan.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is a plus. 12+ years of “progressive” industry/relevant professional experience 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or a related industry. Dermatology/Immunology experience is preferred. Experience navigating and managing alliance partnerships is preferred. Must be willing to travel 25-30% of the time, including weekend travel as needed. Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 3 days on-site at Sleepy Hollow, NY (Westchester County).

Salary Range (annually)

$176,900.00 - $294,800.00
