Раководи со активности поврзани со сметководство и изготвување на финансиски извештаи на организацијата преку извршување на следниве активности самостојно или преку своите подредени.

Главни одговорности :

• Помага во развивање и примена на целите, политиките, процедурите и приоритетите поврзани со финансиско управување, буџетирање и сметководство.

• Проверува и учествува во изготвување на сите финансиски извештаи.

• Поставува сметководствена евиденција за точен приказ на сите трансакции.

• Се грижи за точноста на главната и помошните книги, како побарувања од купувачи, обврски кон добавувачи, основни средства, амортизација, залихи и материјално книговодство, распоред на трансакции по места на трошоци.

• Изготвува и учествува во анализа на трошоците.

• Изготвува извештаи за предвидување на идни приходи и расходи.

• Учествува во поставување на систем на контроли поврзани со финансиско известување и развој на нови финансиски процедури.

• Учествува во изготвување на материјали за потреби на надворешна / независна финансиска и интерна ревизија.

• Ги проверува финансиските извештаи со претпоставениот.

• Одговара за точноста на податоците во сите извештаи во негова надлежност.

• Постојано се надоградува и дообразува во својата работа. Учествува на обуки одредени од претпоставените, со цел подобрување на стручните и клучните компетенции

• Ги прилагодува своите квалификации и начин на работа на новите технологии и унапредените работни процедури

• По потреба спроведува обука за вработените и менторира практиканти и нововработени.

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Високо образование од областа на економијата. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Предност – мин. 4 години работно искуство, овластен сметководител.

Position Summary :

Manages activities related to accounting and preparation of financial statements of the organization by performing the following activities independently or through subordinates.

Major Responsibilities:

• Assists in developing and implementing objectives, policies, procedures and priorities related to financial management, budgeting and accounting.

• Checks and participates in the preparation of all financial reports.

• Sets up accounting records for an accurate representation of all transactions.

• Takes care of the accuracy of the main and subsidiary books, such as receivables from customers, payables to suppliers, fixed assets, depreciation, inventory and material bookkeeping, arrangement of transactions by cost centers.

• Prepares and participates in cost analysis.

• Prepares reports for forecasting future income and expenses.

• Participates in setting up a system of controls related to financial reporting and development of new financial procedures.

• Participates in the preparation of materials for the needs of external / independent financial and internal auditing.

• Checks the financial statements with the supervisor.

• He is responsible for the accuracy of data in all reports under his authority.

• He is constantly upgrading and improving his work. Participates in trainings determined by superiors, in order to improve professional and key competencies

• Adapts his qualifications and way of working to new technologies and improved work procedures

• Conducts employee training and mentors interns and new hires as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: University degree in the field of economics. Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in written and verbal English.

Advantage – min. 4 years work experience, official accounting certificate.
