This position reports into HR Product Group Leader and is based at Skillman, NJ (Kenvue will be moving to Summit NJ in early 2025)

Location: Skillman, NJ (Moving to Summit NJ in early 2025)

Travel %: 5%

Pay: $123,000 - $166,000

What you will do

The Total Rewards Technology Product Owner is responsible for managing day-to-day systems operations, driving company initiatives, and ensuring systems are in place to support local or global operations. You will also analyze business processes for reengineering opportunities and manage project resources for a highly specialized technical group:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Total Rewards technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements.

  • Manage product backlog and prioritize user stories based on business value and customer needs.

  • Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans to stakeholders.

  • Ensure product meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in Total Rewards technology.

  • Lead the development and implementation of Total Rewards technology products and solutions to support the company's business goals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Total Rewards programs meet the needs of business units and employee groups

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for reengineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Total Rewards programs

  • Manage external market benchmarking and job analyses to maintain the company's competitive position within the marketplace

  • Provide guidance and interpretation of various compensation and benefit policies to ensure compliance with established guidelines, processes, and procedures and government requirements

  • Develop and implement improvement processes to enhance the operational integrity of all changes to the operational environment

  • Use analytics tools to derive insights to inform talent and HR strategies in support of business goals

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in product management or related field

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards and HR technology landscape.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years related experience in Total Rewards technology product development and implementation

  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field

  • Proven ability to understand business strategy and translate it into solutions that support the company's business goals

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability to effectively motivate and manage a team of professionals

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and across a matrix organization

  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment

  • Strong knowledge of change management, training, and organizational design principles

  • Excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills, including the ability to manage across all levels, regions, and businesses

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in Total Rewards is preferred

  • Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience is preferred

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $123,000 - $166,000 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
