Role reports to: Consumer Business Intelligence Global Segment lead
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Pay: $88,000- 142,600
The Senior Portfolio Analyst will play a critical role within our Essential Health global team within developing, deploying, and utilizing analytic solutions to develop deeper understanding within our portfolio for brands and that of our competitors.
Playing a critical role in transitioning existing dashboards and processes into automated solutions, market & region financial performance, competitive business intelligence, New Product launch performance and category forecasting.
It's expected that the role not only develop & maintain these solutions- but extract deeper understanding AND can impactfully convey these learnings orally and/or in written communication. Thus, it's imperative you possess strong critical thinking skills that can translate raw facts into meaningful insight.

What you will do
This role will serve as the Consumer & Business Intelligence portfolio analytics lead for the global essential health segment team. Through deep consumer understanding, external market knowledge, and implementation of key Kenvue Brand Growth principles, you will be part of a high-performance team which will:
Develop world-class launch toolkits to increase physical and mental availability for our brands
DATA and TECHNOLOGY
Advanced Data Analysis Skills (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Proficiency Visualizing complex information to Senior Leadership
Integrating performance analytics into needs of various commercial functions
Experience with consumer survey and consumer panel data
Additional exposure/familiarity:
SPSS
Database Architecture (e.g., Data Warehouses/Data Lakes)
SQL
Additional/Emerging software: Microsoft Azure, SAP, Snowflake, Copilot
Analytics
Descriptive Statistics
Time-series analysis: performance trends, business forecasting,
Probability-based models: innovation sizing, category development projections
Mathematical statistics: Estimation, Hypothesis testing, Regression analysis,
Predictive analytics - Time series analysis, Forecasting.
BUSINESS IMPACT
Execute strategies according to current and future business objectives to support future-focused business growth.
Integrate knowledge from multiple sources and create meaningful interpretations and recommendations that address business issues; Interpret and pragmatically translate research learning into feasible business building action steps, and ensure alignment with key business partners (including brand marketing, sales strategy and top tier mass customer teams).
Understand and interpret key business issues/questions and develop the most appropriate research design and analytic plan to address business/ research needs. Act as a business partner, not just a market research specialist. Help team set strategic direction. Creates consensus.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
University/Bachelors Degree required - Advanced degree in relevant field preferred
5 years of total experience, of progressive experience within finance, advanced analytics, supply chain, consulting or related fields required. FMCG experience is preferred.
Must have comfort & aptitude to apply these skills to various situations and provide guidance to others on how to interpret/drive action against results under supervision.
Actively builds trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, align on timelines and deliverables, collaborate on shared objectives, and ensure impactful progress towards goals.
Familiarity w/ advanced Analytics, Data Science, & Advanced analysis techniques, allowing for application in basic routine situations with supervision.
Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely
Strong project management skills with proven ability to drive multiple high-profile projects to successful completion and on time
This position requires approx. 10-15% domestic/international travel
What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to $142,600 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
