Role reports to: Head of HR, US Customer Development & NA Commercial Operations

Location: Skillman, New Jersey

Travel %: 5%

Pay: $144,000 - $195,000

What you will do

The HR Leader, Capabilities & Commercial Operations is responsible for shaping and delivering the HR agenda within their client group and actively supporting their business partners. Through Coaching, Talent management, Strategic Though Partnership, Organizational Design and Business Collaboration as required. This role supports the Global Capabilities organization as well as US Commercial Operations inclusive of teams dedicated to strategic portfolio management, category visioning, HCP engagement, joint business planning and other commercial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and collaborating closely with business leaders, functional partners and employees to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities
Actively participating in the development of the organization's strategic talent plan by analyzing workforce trends, identifying talent gaps and forecasting future talent needs
Deploying strategies and approaches to attract, develop and retain top talent inclusive of methods to buy, build or borrow the skills and competencies needed to achieve the organization's growth objectives
Executing initiatives that drive strong employee engagement and connection to the purpose and values of the organization
Manage organizational change by communicating effectively with employees, providing support during transitions and helping to mitigate resistance to change
Leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions about talent management initiatives
Supporting the organization's diversity, equity and inclusion agenda by executing initiatives that span across strengthening leadership commitment, elevating hiring practices and driving community engagement
Identifying critical business capability needs and partner with business leaders to develop and execute appropriate strategies to strengthen the organization
Partner with the business to implement organizational designs that clarify ways of working, roles and responsibilities and drive optimal impact

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
8 years professional experience required; minimum of 2 years of HR or HR related experience preferred
Experience of driving strategic change to meet changing business needs and exploring new business models is required.
Experience providing direct support to a commercial organization is preferred, specifically sales and marketing.
Must have relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills.
Influence, shaping solutions, negotiation and partnership skills are required.
Experience using data to influence senior business leaders required
Must embody strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills required.
Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business is required.
Experience with innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans is required.
Must be an enthusiastic teammate with a proven commitment to build a positive work environment required.
Must be comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Experience managing, planning, and implementing projects and business support initiatives is required.
Strong MS office and related talent management technology tools skills are required.

Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple business functions and working in various industries, preferably within large, complex organizations is preferred.
Experience supporting capability development that accelerate growth and profitability in a consumer goods organization is preferred

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 - $195,000 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
