Job Description
Our amazing eCommerce team is looking for its newest member who will be responsible for shaping the experience of LEGO online shoppers by driving digital merchandising activities across our strategic retailers. Join us to build best in class product pages and shopping experiences across our retailer partners to help the LEGO Group to inspire and develop many more builders of tomorrow!
Core Responsibilities:
Execution of the tasks and initiatives (e-commerce projects) directly with retailers and their online teams, ensuring a well-developed user experience and remarkable online LEGO experiences
Tracking and optimization of LEGO® onsite performance with key e-tailers through eStoreMedia
Ensure the highest level of compliance vs LEGO e-com guidelines and rulebook for digital presence; track execution and push for changes/improvements with e-com customers teams.
Implement page optimization actions (SEO) – in collaboration with eCommerce Marketing Manager & eCommerce Associate Marketing Manager
Working closely with eCommerce Merchandiser to ensure all executions are in line with the expected standards
Driving test & learn cases with selected customers to strengthen our e-commerce footprint and improve conversion metrics

B2B eCommerce team is responsible for TURCAT (Türkiye, Caucasus & Central Asia) online sales and marketing. This channel is growing significantly, and its performance is crucial for the overall company sales results. The team sets the strategy to deliver sales targets and is responsible for excellent and consistent eCommerce implementation across the customer landscape.
Do you have what it takes?
Work experience in e-commerce and knowledge of retail landscape, the dynamics of the e-commerce and omni-channel, retailer needs and the differences and needs of shoppers and consumers (advantage: experience in a coordinating or executing role, preferably within E-Commerce, digital/web or similar)
Structured and proactive way of working with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and develop business ideas with new technologies
Team player in a distributed/dispersed structure, initiative-taking and self-motivation to work with little supervision
Good knowledge in MS office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
Open to learn and strong team player, problem solver
Positive and effective team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with digital analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics)
Analytical skills and ability to aggregate data from different sources into one comprehensive picture
