ManpowerGroup Mold Maintenance Technician in Siren, Wisconsin

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have prior working knowledge of molds, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mold Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Location: Siren, WI

Pay Range: Up to $25/hr

Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm M-F

What's the Job?

  • Assist in the maintenance and minor repairs of molds

  • Perform periodic set-up of CNC machines and assist in their operation as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tool room while adhering to safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with team members to minimize operational disruptions and improve product quality.

  • Follow company procedures to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Knowledge and experience working with molds

  • Competence in working with hand and power tools.

  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and basic math skills.

  • Willingness to learn and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
