Your job

• Serve as a knowledge expert, partner and the primary contact for internal communications and projects across their client areas; Demonstrate an understanding of key client information including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors.

• Develop exceptional partnerships with leaders and key partners (internal team and internal clients) to define client-specific objectives and desired outcomes, aligning the company’s strategy with client-specific communication plans to ensure consistent communication across functional areas.

• Counsel clients on appropriate communication channels and target audiences to maximize each message's impact; listen carefully to each client's challenges to assess communication opportunities and alignment with our larger strategy.

• Review all communication materials from the internal team (content, design, production), develop new content, and maintain project plans, set scope, create timetables, monitor progress and ensure best practices are followed during implementation.

• Provide in-depth knowledge of client areas and creative briefs to internal partners to coordinate the writing, editing, design and delivery of all communications.

• Ensure ongoing cross-functional knowledge and information sharing across the organization through various channels; Brainstorm ideas, suggestions and recommendations with the team so that all aspects of the project align with client expectations.

Who you are

• Own the delivery of employee-facing executive communications of the Global Sales and Go-to-Market Acceleration organizations.

• Lead the client relationship with senior leaders and ensure best-in-class delivery for employee-facing internal communication campaigns and projects.

• Implement the company’s internal communications strategy for the client area to ensure all employees at Indeed have the same employee experience, product knowledge and awareness – leveraging one consistent message with client-specific relevancy.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of work, including the coordination of shared and expert resources (content writers, designers, production elements); ensure the timely delivery of materials; and client-specific strategy, solutions and branding needs.

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of communications -- including large-scale projects and ad-hoc messages.

Who we are

• Minimum of 8-10 years leading internal communication relationships in a matrixed organization.

• Proven client management experience and relationship-building/interpersonal skills.

• Superb project management skills; oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple communication projects that are multidimensional and encompass multiple disciplines across several clients.

• Provide excellent strategic communication counsel, project management, change management, facilitative, analytical and consulting skills.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 100,000 - 130,000 USD per year
