*Maintenance Technician - Start ASAP - Weekly Pay - Benefits From Day 1*

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Sioux Falls area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.

• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring they are stocked and organized.

• Collaborate with team members and contractors as needed for larger projects.

Hours:

• 7am - 4:30pm/5:30pm

Work Environment:

• This position involves working both indoors and occasionally outdoors

• Requires the lifting of heavy objects, climbing ladders, and using various hand and power tools

• Will be a part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment focused on safety and quality

Pay:

• $20-$28 an hour (depending on experience)

Skills:

• Experience as a maintenance technician or similar role

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attentive to detail
