TEKsystems Infrastructure Engineer in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a contract basis until the end of 2025. This role involves ongoing requests and tasks related to security monitoring, identity and access management, and vulnerability management remediation within Azure systems. The engineer will also create code in Terraform to deploy services or new resources, build server images, and support API management and service bus security changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform security monitoring and confirmation around identity and access management.
Manage vulnerability remediation in Azure systems.
Create and deploy services or new resources using Terraform.
Build server images to support standard services.
Support API management and service bus security changes.
Add new Azure services and capabilities.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience with Azure and Windows.
Proficiency in setting up services using Terraform.
Hands-on support and debugging in Windows.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts and automation tools such as Terraform.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
Experience with deploying and supporting Azure AD, AWS, and Azure cloud services.
Understanding of Azure, Active Directory Domain Services, file structures and security, and backup and disaster recovery processes.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of VMware and virtualization technologies.
Basic understanding of Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network-Attached Storage (NAS) technologies.
Ability to follow configuration and change management processes.
Understanding of computer architecture and operating systems.
Work Environment:
Collaborative, sharp, and supportive team environment.
Hours of support: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday, 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
Team size: 5 full-time employees and 5 consultants.
Interview Process:
Two-step 60-minute interview: First 30 minutes with hiring managers, second 30 minutes with the team.
Interview date: January 6th at 3:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00
