Seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Apartment Leasing Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience. You will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy levels and fostering a positive living environment for residents.. Answer incoming phone calls and handle messages using our call management system.. Show apartments to prospective residents.. Process applications promptly and efficiently.. Conduct inspections as necessary and update the vacancy board accordingly.. Ensure the office is clean, tidy, welcoming, and usable at all times. Driver's License. Self-starter who can work independently Technologically literate with strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other commonlyused software.
