Short Staffed Administration Assistant in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Looking for a temporary customer service rep who will work remotely. The position will entail working with customers, freight companies, manufacturing locations and warehouses. In this position you will take purchase orders, prepare pro-forma invoices, work with transportation providers to ensure delivery of shipments, track shipments, send invoices to customers, obtain freight quotes etc. The position requires solid interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to multitask. While prior experience in supply chain and accounting software would be ideal - the company is willing to consider candidates with no relevant experience as long as they are eager to learn. The position is for six months but has the potential to become a full-time opportunity.
