Job Title: Electromechanical Technician

Job Description

Join our team to process grains and minerals for food and pharmaceutical companies. As a Technician, you'll ensure our instrumentation and automation systems run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Safety First: Lead and participate in safety practices.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, production, and cost procedures.

• Problem Solving: Locate and fix mechanical and electrical issues.

• Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment.

• Inventory Management: Manage equipment and supplies inventory.

• Continuous Improvement: Enhance skills and support customer service levels.

• Documentation: Complete work orders and maintenance reports.

• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the team.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to troubleshoot Rockwell Automation PLC Control Systems

• Understanding of interfacing with PLCs, scales, and display devices

• Knowledge of electrical systems (480V 3-phase, 240V to 24V single-phase)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP is a plus but not required

• Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule, 6 PM - 6 AM

• Safety Gear: Steel-toed boots required from day one

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00
