Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your technical expertise and strong customer service skills will help provide a positive living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and follow-up tasks.
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring units are ready for new tenants.
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate with external contractors as necessary for specialized repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
