Aerotek Human Resources Associate in Sioux City, Iowa

* Human Resources Associate *

We are seeking a human resources assistant to join our team! This person should have a passion for HR and be interested in furthering their career in the field.

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, hire, and train new employees

  • Administer pay, benefits, and leave

  • Payroll processing and ensuring employees are paid on time

  • Help develop and promote company policies and procedures

  • Review, track, and document compliance issues within the company

  • Assist in coordination and implementation of employee handbook

  • Consult and work with both internal and external partners

  • Employee relations including handling any employee issues or concerns

Hours :

  • M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay :

  • $60-75k per year DOE

  • Benefits package

Requirements :

  • 2 years of previous HR experience required
