Job Title: Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining clean and safe construction sites, assisting with material handling, and supporting other construction workers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris, trash, and hazardous materials from construction sites.

• Sweep and clean floors, surfaces, and equipment.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials.

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Support other construction workers as needed.

Essential Skills

• General labor experience in a construction environment.

• Experience working with concrete.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• 6+ months of general labor experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with installation tasks.

Work Environment

Work independently as part of a 1-man crew in an outdoor environment. This is a 30-day assignment that requires adherence to safety standards and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maurice, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
