Day in a life of a Chemical Contaminants and Packaging Specialist:

  • You have an eye for strategic alignment to minimize risk and take preventive measures. You play an important role in the development of lawsuit plans to anticipate and prevent possible problems.

  • The cooperation with our suppliers is a matter of course for you. You are in constant exchange to ensure that our raw materials and packaging meet the highest quality standards.

  • The evaluation of our current products is in your hands. You use your analytical knowledge to understand the chemical components and their reactions in food.

  • You have a profound understanding of the global legal and regulatory frameworks for Europe, and you already worked with Food Safety Agencies like FDA or others.

  • You ensure that our products comply with all current regulations and implement appropriate control measures.

What makes you successfull:

  • You have a degree in Food Engineering with a focus on chemicals or Chemical Engineering.

  • After finishing your academic degree, you have already gained 5-7 years of experience in the Food Industry at different levels (seniority).

  • You developed a deep knowledge of laboratory testing and broadened your experience working with authorities overseeing the Food Industry.

  • Also, you are confident in managing stakeholders with the ability to convince others.

  • Your excellent communication skills combined with you fluent English language skills complete your profile.
