We are looking for a Team Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of office activities. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will provide administrative support for the assigned corporate departments.

You’ll make an impact in the following:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and handling internal administrative processes or preparing documents.

  • Document Management: Maintain and organize department files, records, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and materials preparation.

  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the department is well-stocked and operational.

  • Other Duties: Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the department’s activities.

Your defining qualities:

  • Education: Post Secondary school/NITEC/Diploma qualifications; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Meticulous, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision, energetic and a good team player.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Computer-literate and proficient with MS Office Applications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • This role will be on a 2 year third party renewable contract
