This is a 6 months contract starting from December 2024 and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

· Supplier on-boarding - supplier risk assessments and on-boarding actions

· Compliance Contract Management - Facilitating the completion and signature of compliance related appendices e.g. GDPR, Cyber Security, Responsible Business Principle, Confidentiality etc.

· Contract record management - Contract updates and contract data integrity, supporting Procurement teams to cleanse data as required

· Content management - Support category teams in creating/maintaining global catalogues/requisition forms (in Coupa)

· E-sourcing - Creation and execution of e-RFx, e-Auctions and advanced sourcing processes (Coupa CSO)

· Tail spend management – Responsible for management of transactional spend/suppliers

· Solid understanding and experience with Coupa Procurement system, providing technical/functional support to Procurement teams, business stakeholders and suppliers

· Responsible for optimizing processes for operational activities as required

Procurement Transformation is a global team and is part of the Global Procurement team that is center-led and functional driven, fully integrated into the LEGO Groups’ systems and processes that connect the overall business strategy & requirements with the global product categories and regional procurement teams.

The Sr Procurement Sourcing Specialist reports to the Director, Procurement Transformation. The outcomes of this role has implications for evolving procurement ways of working for procurement employees of the company.

The Procurement organization is mainly based across the LEGO hubs and sites; Billund, Singapore, Shanghai, Enfield, London, Shenzhen, and in other manufacturing locations: Czech Republic, Hungary, China and Mexico.

Do you have what it takes?

· Corporate experience in Procurement/Finance with a good understanding of Procurement processes and responsibilities

· Good customer management, with the ability to partner across the organization to support Procurement priorities

· Good sense of prioritization, organizational skills and time management, with the ability to work under pressure

· Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and unpredictable environment.

· Be seen as a true value driver, with the confidence to highlight and deliver on opportunities to improve

· Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and manage relationships with both internal partners and external suppliers.

· Experience of working with E-Procurement systems desirable (Preferably Coupa) platforms - e-sourcing, raising PO’s, creating suppliers, conduct risk assessments and completing compliance contract appendices.
