The repair shop cost leader is responsible for minimizing cost per shop visit across the product line portfolio by improving repair yields and driving cost focus throughout their assigned shop. This role will partner across operational, engineering, and commercial functions to drive cost reduction strategies and metrics.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be actively managing, monitoring, and trending Services Cost KPI’s at the Singapore repair shop, both strategically and tactically.
You will own the Services Productivity metrics for the shop and will work directly with the shop leadership team to add visual management and daily standard work. Through data analysis, shop engagement and Cost Genba events, you will help to identify, execute, and audit productivity projects to meet business needs.
You will help to ensure standardization across the repair and overhaul shops. Being the Singapore Repair Shop Cost Leader, you will help to address any cost queries, cost/benefit analysis and project prioritization and thus need to be able to navigate various digital tools. This role is solid line into the Services Cost Team with a strong dotted line into the site leadership team.
Additional Responsibilities:
Leads measurement standardization and systemic change management to support cost KPIs
Leads KPI measurement, root cause and corrective actioning, leading indicator identification
Leads cost analysis and cost digital tool adoption
Establishes control plans, daily standard work and visual management around KPIs in the shop
Supports Lean and Kaizen events at the shop
Sits on plant leader staff & reports repair strategy leader
Owns productivity cost out for site
Supports Pulses projects for CSA benefit and validates results / pulse audits
Coordinates with Lean Leader and Finance to report savings
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 5 years experience in Operations, Engineering, or program/project management.
Strong communications and leadership skills, ability to work with many different parties and stakeholders
Strong experience working with data especially with MS Excel
Desired Characteristics:
LEAN Six Sigma experience and skillset highly desirable
Experience at overhaul or repair shop
Strong oral and written communication skills.
