Eaton Corporation Service Analyst in Singapore, Singapore

What you’ll do:

  • This role is responsible for supporting the EA Regional Head on the following:

  • Review and updating the Material master data base under Service Module in the SAP system for SG, TH, MY, INDO, (future for VN, KR), to align and support the Sales Force operation.

  • Analyze the efficient on Sales Force for data integration with SAP, resource allocation and deployment, effectiveness on service workflow with EA Regional Service Lead.

  • Updates Spare parts pricing for EA region on bi-yearly basis

  • Analyze UPS warranty failure rates for DPQ and CPS in EA Region

  • Service Resolution rate for selected countries Service team

  • Support Sales Force implementation and align features upgrade with Global region"

  • Responsible for updating the material master data base including existing installed base and future global projects customers. Check and analyze with country team for tracking the service unit’s information from existing installed base in SAP system. Coordinate with respective Country Service Leads to update the existing installed unit’s information for SG, TW, JP, MY, INDO and TH.

  • Analyze the service efficiency from Sales Force, including resource allocation and deployment, effectiveness on service workflow with EA Regional Service Lead.

  • To provide updates on Spare Parts Price list and release on bi-yearly basis, by January and July in each half of the year to the country service

  • To track UPS failure rate for DPQ and CPS based on warranty IFAR and RMA records.

  • To track and monitor Service Resolution rate for selected countries service team include SG, TW, TH, KR

  • Participate in the SAP implementation for PH in FY2024 / FY2025.

  • Support EA Regional Lead for any ad-hoc Service documentation and administrative on emergency support case

Qualifications:

  • Min GCE ‘A” level or diploma with any discipline

  • 1- or 2-years working experience, preferable with system data entry background

Skills:

  • Good working attitude and a team player with good interpersonal skill
