Job title – Senior Manager, Pharma, HNC APAC

Location – Pasir Panjang, Singapore

Job model – Hybrid

Drive and implement our global and regional Pharma segment strategy in APAC. Partner with and support the sales team in the implementation of our Pharma strategy for targeted markets and customer accounts.

Your key responsibilities

  • Drive business development

  • Develop and implement the Pharma segment strategy in APAC

  • Accountable for Pharma APAC sales targets & Project funnel

  • Project manage project funnel for Pharma in the region

  • Search for insights from the market & leverage for innovation

You bring

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, sales or science. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in B2B markets or B2C in the pharma industry

  • Proven track-record on marketing/concept content generation and roll-out for technical or highly specification driven products is key. Ability to identify consumer insights, business and other opportunities, define innovation strategies, transform them into concepts and achieve their implementation

  • Experience in planning, implementing and managing market development activities.

  • Experience in regional pricing, commercial and tendering activities with large key accounts

  • Ability to work to a work efficiently meet deadlines. Organizational and leadership skills. Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
