VF Corporation Senior Analyst, Quality Enablement in Singapore, Singapore

Key Purpose of the Job:

Enable Product Supply (focusing on Global Quality Platform) and support Sr. Manager of Quality Enablement by driving process improvement and harmonization, system transformation, SOP documentation, change management, identifying value generating initiatives and executing projects through diligent project management. Required to proactively foster relationships with Regional Product Supply Quality teams, Brand Quality teams, Digital & Technology teams and other Product Supply x-functional teams (i.e sourcing, S&R, finance).

Should be passionate about exploring new ways of working, process mapping, SOP documentation, analyzing data, driving change management, and learning / implementing new systems and technologies.

Key Area of Responsibility:

  • Act as a Subject matter expert in the Quality Management and Assurance domain and be part of a larger team responsible to incubate ideas to improve VF’s operational effectiveness.

  • Drive harmonization, simplification and identify process improvement opportunities across the Global Quality Platform.

  • Support execution of Quality strategic initiatives, including digital roadmap, system implementation and transformation.

  • Derive business insights from analysis of quality performance data.

  • Proactively foster internal and external relationships (i.e factories, software providers) to execute projects and drive system and process improvements.

  • Lead x-functional global projects through effective project management.

  • Prepare presentation documents, lead training, and assist in presenting findings to all levels of management.

  • Map and document Global Quality Processes and KPIs.

Strategic Role Relationship Building

  • Proactive in nurturing cross-functional relationships to identify and execute process improvement.

  • Strong and trusted relationship building with Brand QA Teams, Operational QA Teams and QA Technical teams.

  • Debates and provides authentic dialogue with stakeholders to generate idea pipeline and execute projects.

  • Proven ability to influence and make decisions cross-functionally in a matrix environment where speed and cultural sensitivity is crucial.

  • Strong partnership with DT to drive system design improvements, system implementation, automation, and perform necessary testing

Required Professional Qualification:

  • Operations and project management experience – Prior experience (2-4 years) in strategy, management consulting, finance, operations, retail/consumer products, project management, system transformation or similar supply chain role. BA/BS required.

  • Computer Skills – Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau / Power BI / Quality System Modules preferred.

  • Problem Solver & Drive results - Can proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive results through effective and autonomous project management.

Other Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (Written and Oral)

  • Experience leading regional or global projects

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiar with 5S / ISO 9001 / 8D problem solving

  • Knowledge of SPC, CPK and Six Sigma disciplines, FMEA / PMP would be advantageous

  • Manufacturing Quality Operations knowledge preferred

  • Technical documents writing experience

  • Proficient in MS Office applications: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proficient in use of common applications: Smartsheet, Tableau, PowerBI is a bonus
