About the Role:
As the Security Coordinator role will be focused on the delivery of a world class service for our client in financial service on behalf of CBRE and the security supply chain.
They will support the client’s estate by providing a safe and secure workplace for both colleagues and client customers. Overseeing the security supply chain to develop a skilled, expert, engaged and empowered virtual teams, underpinned by clear processes and procedures, which in turn will show that CBRE truly understand the challenges of the client, and provide a brilliant level of personal customer service whilst ensuring security policies are delivered and, both the clients and CBRE’s brand are protected.
What You’ll Do:
The implementation of and adherence of security policies at client sites, including and not limited to offices and operational buildings, with or without a Security officer presence.
Managing the security providers across the estate to ensure that they are knowledgeable and competent, with robust and auditable processes and procedures, and that core officers are in place across the estate in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
Working with our client to deliver brilliant levels of service delivery, through coaching and developing colleagues to ensure that best practices are implemented and are shared across all sites.
Client stakeholder management - building relationships, understanding the client’s roadmap and requirements, and interpreting any potential impact for CBRE Overseeing a governance and assurance programme for the supply chain you are responsible for, ensuring that strategically they meet.
Assessing security risk and vulnerability to inform mitigation programmes.
Assessment of site security systems - design and condition. You will be focused on ensuring that supplier PPM programmes and system replacement requirements are all being met.
Delivering within an agreed budget through efficient cost management, utilising MySupplier and other capabilities from within CBRE or Client’s platform
Support the selection process and partnerships across the estate, using creative thinking for any new opportunity to improve services to the client and add value to CBRE.
Manage the security providers to ensure delivery of service is meeting contractual requirements and exceeding client expectations.
To support the Clients and Security Leader in delivery the client’s strategic intent, ensuring CBRE are delivering a world class service.
Check compliance with the site assignment instructions (AIs) document for each site in line with the security policy and client’s/CBRE’s framework.
To be the first point of contact for all security service issues within the estate, internally from within CBRE, the client and down through the supply chain.
Projects. Providing support to all projects & project related initiatives. This include FCP, REC and Corporate Security projects. Examples are Project ONE, Digital Credential, Key Management, Visitor Management.
Working Groups. Providing administration support to various working groups. Examples are Global Data Centres, Global OpsWG, APAC Security & Safety, Singapore BCM deliverables.
General Administration. Administrative support to various tools & application within the client domain. Examples, include SharePoint, minutes, ATOM, share drives, etc.
Executive & Event Protection (EEP). Administration support to Event assessments, Executive itineraries, and possible onsite event support.
What You’ll Need:
The role holder must act with integrity and create an environment of trust.
A background in both a People/Technical background/expertise within Security.
Experience of working in a security or FM business and/or managing security providers through the supply chain.
An excellent track record of delivery against targets and KPIs including cost management to an agreed budget and able to positively embrace change.
Experience of working in a national role supporting a large account/programme.
Must be able to work as part of a team, along with having the confidence to deliver with autonomy.
