Job title – Regional Demand & Supply Planner

Location – Singapore

Job model – Hybrid

This is a hybrid role where he/she is the regional demand planner for Greater APAC as well as a supply planner for APAC RDC. Under his/her stewardship as demand planner, to drive excellence in demand planning, to bring forecast accuracy and bias to the next level, and owns the regional demand review process.

Under his/her responsibility as a supply planner, to develop and execute supply plans for APAC RDC, manage RDC inventory, and meet inventory target(s).

This role is open to be based anywhere in South East Asia

Your key responsibilities

• Prepare and chair the monthly GAPAC regional demand review meeting, including RAF cycles.

• Serve as IBP Center of Excellence towards the OU & Country demand planners.

• Seek continuous improvements to regional forecasting process & practices, including but not limited, to adoption of Demand Sensing or Statistical forecast, ultimately resulting in improvement of forecast accuracy & bias

• Develop and execute supply plan for GAPAC RDC, guided by product forecast, product launches and marketing campaigns

• Be the contact point for all supply related matters for the assigned product families, including non-stock items

• Own and facilitate the phase-in-phase-out process for the assigned product forms, in close coordination with OU/countries

  You bring

• At least Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent experience in demand and supply planning

• Basic knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a must

• Minimum 4 - 8 years' of experience in animal nutrition & health or related industries

• Fluent in speaking English is a must. Other languages will be an added advantage

• Able to "connect the dots" and manage ambiguities positively
