Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Planner to join our dynamic team, specializing in performance-driven media strategies. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing, executing, and optimizing integrated media plans for performance-focused clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns drive measurable results, maximizing ROI while ensuring the highest standards of strategic planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning :

  • Assist the line manager to develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow-plan for full funnel campaigns

  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, including media mix recommendations, budget allocation, and tactical execution across digital platforms.

  • Engage clients on day-to-day operations, understanding their business objectives and deliver performance exceeding set KPIs

  • Able to read the data in terms of past performance, benchmarking for upcoming major & tactical campaigns.

Buying :

  • Understanding between different funnels & focused on the lower funnel campaign strategies to meet goals like ROAS

  • Execute campaign setups and liaise with digital ad ops for tracking & implementation for client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing.

  • Global ops (adhering and following globally set parameters and campaign execution processes while also guiding others).

  • Oversee all performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc.) & recommend ways to improve performance.

  • Closely monitor and optimize performance during campaign period across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, etc.

  • Weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings.

Qualifications

  • Minimally 2-3 years of of performance media experience

  • Expertise in digital media platforms (Google Ads and Meta is a must) and third-party measurement platforms such as Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics, etc.

  • Meticulous, good with numbers and able to organise and prioritise tasks and work under tight timelines

  • Resilient to change and willing to keen to learn new skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to articulate technical terms to key stakeholders

  • Ready to take up initiatives and ownership of projects

  • Good project management skills & a good team player
