Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly, testing and packing of instrument air conditional environment.

  • Fix instrument and sub-assemblies issues andfollow-upwithcorrectiveactions topreventrecurrence.

  • Perform instrument basic troubleshooting, repair, calibration, faulty materials segregation with follow-up activities.

  • Conductpreventivemaintenanceoffixturestoensurefixturesarewellmaintained formanufacturinguse.

  • Ensuredevicesusedinmanufacturingarecalibratedforuse.

  • AssistInstrumentEngineersincarryingout validation / evaluations / experiments.

  • AssistInstrumentSupervisor and Engineersinimprovementprojectstoimproveproduct / process efficiency.

  • Maintaingood housekeeping and safety practices in the manufacturing areas.

  • Ensureworkperformed meetISO13485:2003and21-CFR-820requirements.

  • Participate activelyincontinuousimprovementactivities, give constructive feedback and suggestionstoimprove instrument stability andperformance.

  • AssistnewcolleaguesontheirOn-the-Job-Training(OJT)byactingastheirbuddy. ​

  • Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in JDE system.

Qualification:

  • NTCinengineeringfields,or'N'/'O'levelwithstrongtroubleshootingexperience.

Experience:

  • ​1 to 3yearshands-onassemblyandtestingexperienceinan IS013485manufacturingenvironment,preferablywith strong problem solving and root cause analysis experience.

Competencies :

  • Good eyesight, no color blindness.

  • Physically fit and strong.

  • Meticulousandattentiontodetail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
