It also manages Marriott Bonvoy®, the world’s largest loyalty program with over 210 million members.

At Marriott, we strive to be the world’s favorite travel company by providing guests unmatched choice in vacation and leisure experiences. The Development organization advances this mission by expanding Marriott’s offerings across all sectors and geographies. The Development Marketing Manager/Sr Manager will have ownership of the development and execution of compelling marketing materials to support the APEC Development team in identifying, pitching for, and successfully closing on opportunities for new hotels, directly contributing to the company’s growth. The successful candidate will also work directly with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Development team in sourcing and analyzing data that will assist in preparing business cases for internal and external audiences. The position will also be building relationships with industry professionals, real estate brokers, and other stakeholders to expand Marriott’s reach.

  • Manage industry conference sponsorships and speaking opportunities for the development team.

  • Organize and host receptions for owners and the investor community in creative formats to attract potential partners and strengthen owner relationships to further position Marriott as the partner of choice.

  • Assist CDO on both internal and external executive-level presentations, and other presentations on behalf of the APEC Development function as needed.

  • Manage a shared platform that houses all data and marketing resources for the Development team.
