Job title – Junior Assistant, QA, HNC, SG (Contract)

Location – Singapore

Job model – On Site

A new lab system project which required contract assistant to help in data entry, masterdata verification, paperwork and any ad hoc duty whichever required for the new system to go live smoothly.

Your key responsibilities

• Ensures smooth running of the routine work in the QC laboratory in accordance with Safety, GLP, ISO standards and SOPs. Assist QAQC daily tasks in accordance with authorized approved procedures.

• Updates data into LIMS system and other all other system if applicable. Follows proper documentation and ensures records are in place.

• Carries out goods inspection, issues status labels and other sample documentation or SAP update where assigned for new system.

• Perform good housekeeping and cooperate with co-workers on all duties. Covers specific task of other in their absence.

• Helps to identify and solve problems encountered during his/her daily operations. He/she is required to inform any problems and consult Supervisors.

• Performs any other duties not defined in this job description when called upon to do so by line management.

You bring

• Possess at least a Higher Nitec/Diploma qualification.

• No prior lab experiences required.

• Proficient in Microsoft office Skills.

• Meticulous & detailed-oriented. Responsible and takes ownership in task assigned.

• Willingness to learn.

• This is a contract position based in 12 Senoko S Rd, Singapore 758093.
