What You Will Do

Inventory Planning

  • Plan and execute inventory level including materials co-ordination and inventory control to meet operational demand.

  • Schedule and control inventory assets, maintaining a healthy balance between providing a high-level service and meeting inventory turn ratios.

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and minimize errors.

  • Perform inventory related reporting, analyze data to identify trends and forecast future inventory needs.

    Production Planning

  • Develop and create production schedules to meet customer requirements within turn-around time.

  • Balance MRO shop capacity with demands, forecast planning with Customer Event Managers and drive future demand forecast.

  • Monitor and work with operations, logistics, procurement, customer event managers, engineering and QA to ensure highest level of standards of engines to meet customers’ demands and needs.

  • Actively provide viable solutions to optimize capacity utilization, production linearity and streamline operational processes.

    Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or any other related field.

  • 2 years of relevant experience in production planning or inventory planning, forecasting, and scheduling.

  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skill.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skill.

  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill.

  • Flexible to commit working overtime to support business on need basis.

    Qualifications We Prefer

  • Data analytical tools in PowerBI or Tableau.

  • Relevant experience in Engine MRO, Manufacturing, or Aerospace industry.
