WTW Graduate Analyst - Trade credit - Singapore - Early Careers Intake 2024 in Singapore, Singapore

The Role

The role is for a junior broker/recent graduate within our Financial Solutions Trade Credit Team, based in Singapore. This role will involve working in a team focusing on a broad base of Singapore and International corporate clients.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist with the day-to-day management and administration of the corporate client portfolio, including issuing mid-term adjustments and amendments and generally providing post-sales support.

  • Under supervision liaising with clients on new transactions, prepare presentation decks and drafting quotations and broking risks to Insurers.

  • Working with existing clients to review their existing programmes, presenting the best possible solutions and client outcomes.

  • Negotiation of policy wordings / insurance contract reviews.

  • General advice and support to the client by email, phone and face to face meetings as required.

  • Assist with the delivery of new business targets within Line of Business, CRM pipeline management (MS Dynamics) and other digital platforms, e.g. Broking Platform.

  • Attend credit insurance market event to represent WTW brand and create / build relevant network.

  • Develop good working relationships internally and work closely with the main Insurers and business partners in the region.

  • Fresh graduates from recognized universities aspired to build a career in the insurance & risk management industry.

  • Required to complete SCI (Singapore College of Insurance) certificates (BCP, ComGI) within the stipulated timeline as per graduate programme to qualify for insurance broker requirements.

  • Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and Team player attitude, must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, oral & presentation) skills and interpersonal skills essential.

  • Impressive track record demonstrating strong leadership skills in school.

  • Good time management skills, ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

  • Independent and pro-active individual who consistently strive to deliver the best for WTW’s clients and business partners.

  • Understanding of macro-economic landscape in APAC markets and supply chain dynamics.

  • Attention to details with good use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
