Veralto Finance Executive in Singapore, Singapore

  • AP Responsibility inclusive of Invoice verification, obtain approval, invoice booking, 3-way match.

  • Resolve daily AP related issue with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Generate and process payment.

  • FA responsibility – verified CAR and running depreciation.

  • Inventory management, including stock take (yearly).

  • Month end GL journal posting, inclusive of prepayment, accrual, journal, tax provision etc.

  • Month end Transfer Price Interco AP Invoices matching and reconciliation.

  • Month end One Stream Loading and reporting.

  • Balance Sheet reconciliations inclusive of Bank Recon.

  • Assist in Balance Sheet and PL Variance Analysis.

  • Prepare Input GST.

  • TnE responsibility – act as Concur admin, approve and control TnE from finance perspective.

  • Customer set up and creation in Oracle.

  • Assist in Audit and Tax Filling.

  • Ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Key Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or ACCA/CPA.

Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience preferably with an US MNC.

Team player and proactive learner and able to work independently.

Able to work with tight reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Positive working attitude with positive energy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
