CBRE is looking for a passionate & talented Creative intern (Design & Media) to join our dynamic Singapore Knowledge Management (KM) team. This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire, adapt, and apply the various skill sets required in the ever-evolving landscape of digital knowledge, instructional design, and technology.
Under the direct supervision of our KM Lead, this intern is responsible for ensuring the compliance and governance of all self-serve documentations for all KM initiatives (closed, ongoing, new) on the SharePoint and other tasks assigned to him/her. The focus is to support CBRE’s Knowledge creation, sharing and upkeeping while positioning a distinctive brand and our leadership position in the real estate services industry.
Responsibilities
Able to evaluate and understand user needs when working with content and ensure appropriate content is shown to a user in the right place and in the best format.
Critically analyze content for easy use and be familiar with writing content standards, style guides, compliance, etc.
Support communication, adoption, and advocacy efforts by drafting KM thought leadership articles; designing creative visuals, drafting presentations etc.
Support to conducting research on thematic areas relevant for KM and to inform programme design and development of self-serve and adaptation efforts.
Keep track of lessons learnt and best practices in Knowledge Management.
Sound contributions to knowledge networks and Communities of Practice.
Edit and proofread a wide variety of content, including articles, RFPs, and press releases, ensuring that all content is accurate, engaging, and free of errors.
Conduct SEO (Search Engine Optimization) research to help shape our website capabilities, such as optimizing content for search engines, increasing organic traffic, and driving user engagement.
Support in collateral design suites, pitch presentation slides, and QA/QC of content
Requirements
Must have existing work authorization to work in Singapore
Currently pursuing education from any of Singapore Local Education Institute in preferably Mass Communications/ Design & Media or related field
Able to commit full time internship (5 days work weeks) from Aug to Dec 2024
Passion for design
Basic web knowledge
Basic knowledge of camera operation (DSLR)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint and Word)
Design and development: Implementation of layout in accordance with CBRE branding and design guidelines.
Fast learner, meticulous, and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
A strong command of English and the ability to write well in various styles is a must. Those who can deliver a creative narrative will be strongly preferred.
An effective communicator in both verbal & written presentations
Prepare and maintain the relevant documentation on each project, e.g., job process, and file all documentation in a centralized filing system.
