  • Eligibility: credit bearing internship with 12 months duration preferably (6 months minimum)

Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply Organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program named EVolutive Facility (EVF). The EVF Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges as well as Specialty Care biological products. One of these two EVF is implemented in Singapore in a new Greenfield site, with a design identical to the one in Neuville (France). Our manufacturing sites are state-of-the-art, powered by big data and digital. It is the bridge between scientific advances and transformative medicines and will be serving millions of people around the world.

As our Communications and Event Management Intern at our Evolutive Manufacturing Facility, you will play a vital role in assisting our Project & Communication Expert, in various projects. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both internal and external communications, as well as in the planning and execution of various company events.

Main responsibilities :

  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of internal and/or limited external communications materials, including newsletters, memos

  • Support the management of the company's social media accounts, including content creation and engagement.

  • Aid in the coordination and execution of company events, such as conferences, seminars, and employee engagement activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of company initiatives and updates.

  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to assist in the development of communication strategies.

  • Help maintain communication databases, including contact lists and distribution lists for various communication materials.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

About you:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma ideally in communications or event management, or a related field.

  • Strong command in English written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in using various communication and event management tools, including MS Office Suite, social media platforms, and content management systems.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to strict deadlines.

  • A proactive and creative mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute innovative ideas.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Basic understanding or have an interest to understand pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and industry regulations is a bonus.

  • This position offers valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of communications and event management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
