Citigroup Business Management Officer - TTS in Singapore, Singapore
Asia South Business Execution team is seeking a business management officer to join the Treasury and Trade Services (TTS) business, supporting and performing Business Management activities - providing financial and analytical support to the business.
Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of responsiveness to requests related to business and data analysis
Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps. Provide able support to key work streams and tasks.
Coordinate materials for business reviews and strategy working sessions.
Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Assist with reporting on and managing budget/forecasting for Headcount, Direct Expenses,Revenue and Drivers
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in similar role
Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence.
Advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong time management and prioritization skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
