We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our global crisis management team as Senior Vice President - Asia Pacific Crisis Management Execution Lead - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: COB & CM Senior Lead Analyst - C14) based in Singapore. Within GLAC, Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) is a full-service security and investigative team that protects the assets, integrity and reputation of Citi and its clients.
CSIS Crisis Management is responsible for designing and maintaining Citi’s all-threats Crisis Management framework and providing strategies for business to use to protect staff and manage a crisis event as well as comply with applicable laws and regulations. The crisis management framework covers the complete life‐cycle from Readiness to Response through to Recovery and Review and is activated during crisis events to provide initial assessment, notifications, escalation, facilitation and coordination of Citi resources to help resolve crisis situations. CSIS Crisis Management is looking for an experienced professional to join the global Crisis Management function and team.
This Crisis Management role is an individual contributor position reporting to the Global Crisis Management Execution Head.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Manage day-to-day functions in support of crisis management program activities, across multiple locations and jurisdictions in assigned geography and in support globally where Citi has a business presence/operations
Support and ensure Crisis Management Plans and other required components are maintained across assigned geography, in support of global CM Execution program and in accordance with Citi’s Crisis Management Framework
Oversee, maintain, and coordinate operational processes performed by crisis management Execution team, global support teams and partner stakeholder groups across Citi
Support the crisis management team and crisis commander during crisis events, to ensure Citi's Crisis Management Framework is executed.
Liaise with CSIS’s Intelligence and security functions, Enterprise Resiliency and business leaders as threats emerge
Ensure consistency of crisis responses, coordination and communication (including dissemination of critical decision-making information) through adherence to the CM framework
Create and participate in response plans and training exercises to improve organizational response to events and emerging threats
Review post-Crisis actions and evaluate performance and processes to determine how well the Crisis Management Plan was executed and update the methodology and crisis process where possible
This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. This role is an advanced position requiring proven experience in crisis management, including execution of a crisis management plan.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
10+ years of experience with Third Party oversight, risk and/or relationship management.
Ability to manage projects, expectations and maintain key relationships.
Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to Third Party risk management.
Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
