Job Title: Customer Service Account Manager RepresentativeJob Description
The Customer Service Account Manager Representative is responsible for delivering world-class service and support to the business by responding to customer inquiries, updating business systems, and collaborating internally to communicate customer needs and meet their demands.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and manage relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
Enter and manage purchase orders, ensuring data integrity in the ERP system.
Use SAP for product recognition, checking lead times, and managing orders.
Interact with customers and internal teams, handling emails and phone calls professionally.
Prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and ensure timely responses.
Collaborate with Procurement, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing departments to produce accurate quotes and resolve issues.
Track and reconcile open orders, customer scorecards, and manage data integrity.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
1-2 years of experience working with ERP systems.
2-3 years of experience in roles requiring strong communication skills.
1-2 years of experience working with SAP.
Strong organizational skills with 2-3 years of experience in roles requiring high organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Certification in Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, or ERP systems is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in customer service and supply chain management.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Multilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
