The objective of the role is to lead the effective growth and delivery of the Public, Private Partnership (P3) District Energy & Education Business. To achieve AOP targets through a continuous improvement process that best places HBS to achieve high-performance outcomes. Stabilization of process and a robust MOS will need to be enhanced in parallel to developing and maintaining executive relationships with the industry and facilities of responsibly. To further develop a high performing team and deliver to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Responsibility for the portfolio

  • Lead a talented, engaged, and high-performing Plant manager & Facility Management Team District Energy & Education contract in US

  • Takes ownership for overall Business performance for the P3 District Energy & Education business in US

  • Drive productivity by leveraging cost management , Technology adoption

  • Manage contract risk management by working with P3 contract and legal team

  • Manage contractual compliance across P3 District Energy & Education in US

  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment at all times across healthcare facilities

  • Must be able to travel 25% of the time

Key Success Factors

  • Achieve District Energy & Education AOP Financial Goals- Orders, Rev & OI

  • Reduce Past Due and improve working capital Goals

  • Drive compliance and business forecast quality

  • Avoid abatements and/or penalties

  • Early Contract risk and strategize for commercial closure

The annual base salary range for this position is $148K - $190K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years’ leadership experience in Building management services, Industrial Automation services, Facility Management or similar industries

  • Past experience to manage direct reports

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering

  • We value Industrial experience from a Utility plant.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others

  • Good management experience with $30M+ P&L

  • Project & contract management experience will be of great value

  • Strong understanding of Opex and Capex operating model

  • Good communicator

  • Strong tactical and strategic skills required.
