CSBG CASE MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY: The Case Manager is responsible for providing case management to individuals enrolled in the CSBG Self-Sufficiency Program. It is the responsibility of the Case Manager to ensure that the client reaches his/her long-range goal and rises above the poverty guideline stated by the Federal Government, therefore reaching and maintaining self-sufficiency.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Bilingual/Spanish speaker preferred. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Have good Communication skills. Ability to work with people from all segments of the community, emphasis on the low-income segment. Must be computer literate. Must have a valid driver's license and personal transportation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Should have at least an Associate degree in a Human Service field and one year's experience in human services. A combination of education and experience may be accepted.
