Aerotek is hiring experienced Manufacturing Supervisors

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will coordinate with other supervisors to ensure a smooth transition between shifts. Your responsibilities will include understanding shift activities, managing downtime, addressing safety concerns, and overseeing cleanliness initiatives. You'll spend about 60% of your time on the factory floor, interacting with the team, managing emergencies, and planning for any foreseen challenges. The other 40% will be spent in the office, where you'll analyze data, prepare reports, and manage communications.

Hard Skills

  • Manufacturing experience

  • Leadership and/or supervisor experience

  • WMS experience with software like SAP, MS Project, Kronos, Power BI

  • Effective communication

  • Problem-solving

  • Team management

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sikeston, Missouri.

Work Environment

The work environment is usually around 60-65 degrees. While the facility includes freezers below zero, your exposure to these cold areas will be minimal. A sweatshirt or jacket is typically sufficient to remain comfortable.
