Summary
Under the supervision of the Assisted Living Manager:
Assists with the provision of personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans
Assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment
If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual may provide health-related care (according to tenant service plans) as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services (DON) and/or Charge Nurse
Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual must have completed a 75-hour nursing assistant class, successfully passed the competency evaluation, and be eligible on the nurse aide registry
Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
Additional Information
Job Type: Part-Time
Shift: 7a-1:30p, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays; and 12p-8p, Every Other Weekend; Flexible Scheduling
Wage Range*: $15.00/hr-$18.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.10/per year, up to ten (10) years
Weekend Differential: $2.00/hr
