Description

• Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.

• Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.

• Update and maintain the general ledger to reflect the company's financial transactions.

• Review and reconcile bank statements.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Coordinate the budget preparation process.

• Facilitate the year-end audit process with external auditors.

• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

• Develop, implement, and maintain financial control procedures.

• Advise management on issues related to taxes, investments, and cash management.

  Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience.
