Summary
Glaz-Tech is looking to fill the position of office manager in the Shreveport, Louisiana location. The candidate must be accountable, adaptable, detailed and a self –driven individual who will hold strong communication skills. The office manager is a primary source of communication between customers, corporate and employees. It is very important that the office manager promotes a productive environment. The office manager is responsible for up-to-date information on customer accounts, customer service (such as order input and accounts receivable), and procedural employee matters.
Candidate must possess strong customer service skills and professionalism as they will be working directly with Glaz-Tech customers in person, email, or phone.
Responsibilities may include:
Responsible for administrative duties and protocols
Communicating with customer through phone, email and in person
Following-up with customer orders for delivery status
Learn and use of the GTI production system
Manage filing systems and update/maintain necessary paperwork
Assist of the onboarding process and documentation required for new hires and employee life cycle
Assist in compiling accurate and timely payroll records such as "timecards" and time-off request.
Requirements:
Must at least 2 years of related glass knowledge and experience
Must possess strong computer and typing abilities
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Full-time availability between the hours of 8-5 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the US
5 years of Customer Service or Clerical related work
2 years of related management experience
Experience in the Glass industry
