Adecco US, Inc. Office Clerk in Shreveport, Louisiana

Adecco is looking for experience Office Manager in the Shreveport, LA area, with previous office administrative experience is a MUST. If you feel like this is the opportunity, please read the qualification and APPLY NOW!

Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Monday – Friday

Pay Range: $16-$20 per hour based on experience.

Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary: The candidate will work as an Office Manager, focusing on front desk, and will also be inputting invoices into a Quickbooks system. And entering time into a payroll system and supporting various administrative functions and will collaborate with other departments for information gathering.

Skills requires:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
